POLICIES
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Scenevera’s AI video creation, project, editing, storage, and billing services.
Effective September 17, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Scenevera, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Content Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account and for keeping access to that account secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content and generated output
You retain your rights in prompts, reference files, audio, video, characters, and other material you submit. You grant Scenevera a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You may use generated output subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the terms of any underlying AI provider. AI output may be similar to content generated for others, may contain errors, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the AI Content Policy. You may not use Scenevera to violate law or another person’s rights, bypass safety systems, distribute malware, interfere with the service, impersonate others deceptively, or create prohibited exploitative or non-consensual content.
5. Credits, subscriptions, and billing
Credits are a limited license to use Scenevera’s generation features; they are not money, property, or transferable value. The number of credits used is shown before generation. Welcome credits expire 30 days after signup. Failed technical generations are automatically returned when our systems identify the failure.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Monthly credits roll over only up to twice the plan’s monthly allowance. One-time purchased credits do not expire while the account remains available. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Purchases are also governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Service changes and availability
AI generation depends on third-party systems and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. We may change models, credit costs, features, or plan terms prospectively. Material pricing or policy changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method.
7. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access for fraud, nonpayment, safety risks, material policy violations, unlawful conduct, or threats to Scenevera or its users. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—remain effective.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Scenevera is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Scenevera during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to support@scenevera.com. We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
