Privacy Policy

• Account information: authenticated user ID, email address, and account status.
• Creator content: prompts, reference images, uploaded media, generated videos, captions, project data, and editing settings.
• Usage and support data: generation history, credit activity, feature activity, costs, error records, feedback you submit, and privacy-limited session analytics used to understand the signup and creation flow.
• Advertising measurement: if you allow optional measurement, page visits and registration, checkout, and purchase events may be associated with browser, device, referral, or advertising identifiers.
• Billing information: Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, payment-status, and transaction identifiers. Scenevera does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information: security, request, and diagnostic information supplied by our hosting and service providers.

We use information to authenticate users; provide generation, project, editing, storage, and billing features; calculate and refund credits; prevent fraud and duplicate charges; enforce safety limits; respond to support requests; diagnose failures; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with providers that help operate Scenevera, including ChatGPT/OpenAI account authentication and hosting, Stripe for payments and subscription management, AI-generation infrastructure such as fal.ai and the model providers used to fulfill generation requests, and Meta Platforms for optional advertising measurement after you consent. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Project files and generated media are retained to provide the service until deleted by you or removed under our retention, safety, or account-closure practices. Backup and logging copies may persist for a limited period.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including account-based access controls and separation of user records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

You can decline optional advertising measurement when prompted or change it later in Account Settings. You can delete individual project files through Scenevera and manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of account information, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for security, billing, or law.

Scenevera is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 18 under the Terms of Service.

Scenevera and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the current version by its effective date.
