AI Content Policy
Use Scenevera for creative work without exploiting people, violating rights, or misleading viewers about harmful or sensitive content.
Effective September 17, 2026
You are responsible for what you submit
Only upload or reference material you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use. You are responsible for obtaining needed permissions involving copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy, music, voices, and identifiable people.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Scenevera to create, upload, or distribute:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content intended to facilitate abuse;
- credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, or instructions that meaningfully facilitate violent wrongdoing;
- fraud, phishing, malware, scams, identity theft, or deceptive impersonation;
- content that violates law or another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- material designed to bypass Scenevera’s safety systems or conceal prohibited activity.
Real people and deceptive media
Do not depict a real person as saying or doing something they did not say or do when the result could reasonably cause harm, facilitate fraud, influence civic participation deceptively, or be mistaken for authentic sensitive footage. Obtain consent where required and clearly disclose materially deceptive synthetic media.
Professional and high-impact uses
Do not rely on generated output as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional judgment. Do not use Scenevera output as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, criminal justice, or access to essential services.
Accuracy and intellectual property
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpectedly similar to third-party material. Review every result before publishing or commercial use. Scenevera does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, or ownership eligibility.
Enforcement
We may block a generation, remove content, preserve relevant records, restrict credits or features, suspend an account, or terminate access when necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, respond to valid legal process, or reduce a credible safety risk.
